Does Dell HR give out salary info to prospective employers? I’ve interviewed for a new position and I’m wondering if they give that info out. I fudged mine just a little (seriously just a little) but now I’m wondering if they give that stuff out. I... — read more

401(k) company match reinstatement

Anyone have any insight as to when the company match will be reinstated? If it goes much longer into next year, that may be a big reason for a mass exodus.

Why no requests for volunteers?

Why no ask for candidates rather than hacking away at the workforce? Is there a financial or other reason Dell would rather push people out rather than ask if any want to leave?
