We have a "team restructuring" meeting booked on Tue..
My one on one was moved up from Wed morning yo Tuesday afternoon. I'm sure I'm on this list now. So yes zoom meets with your managers can be shared with HR Blindly so you don't know. But I'll let you know Tuesday afternoon.
So if you have 1x1 that was moved up a week with the boss should one feel nervous or is it when 1x1 are scheduled from higher ups?

FWIW I know of 8 folks now who have had last minute 1x1s put on their calendar for Monday or Tuesday.
Does this make it real? Nope but it sure is starting f to smell like it is.
