DB has been high turnover, low morale for at least 2 years, but the directors are good at proving value to execs. Curious if this will hasten more of an external-agency model for content. It wouldn't save a dime but the headcount reduction would look good and the managers could keep their jobs.

What are RTNBs?
@SingleMostCompellingIdea with the RTNBs
I’ve worked with segments of Dell Blue and basically they’re the creative media branch of Marketing. I think they’re responsible for ad campaigns (print, radio, commercial, online videos etc) and I think the group responsible for managing all the quarterly broadcast and every streams is Dell Blue.
I’d guess there more to it that that too.
What is Dell Blue? Been here over 20 years and never heard of that
To you Dell Blues out there. I’m in marketing and we value and appreciate the work you do on the daily. In case you haven’t heard that lately. Really hope that team isn’t impacted.
“ Dell’s vice chairman and co-chief operating officer, in a prepared statement. “Our innovation engine is operating at full throttle in strategic areas like edge, multicloud and as-a-service,” Clarke said.
I agree that morale has been terrible in Dell Blue, with good reason. I don’t like to see anyone laid off, but those directors need to go. The work has gotten stale, the environment is toxic, and the opportunities for growth are nil.
