I saved this company a ton of money

I get paid minimally for the work I do. In some other companies I would be paid more. Plus, I do enough work for two or three other people, and I’m paid like I’m working for one. I can only imagine how much CVS saves this way, paying us... — read more

Nice seeing a negative number in my bonus...money was taken FROM ME because of carepass. Thank you Karen....much appreciated.

Dssm

What is this new DSSM position ? Is it permanent? They just started this position in my district what is the job ?

Do you read the CVS reddit?

There seems to be an employee uprising beginning. Anyone not on there should go check it out. It's also anonymous. There should be one place to organize a movement instead of being spread across multiple social media sources.

Horrible Bosses - CVS Edition

pay should be more competitive

This place desperately needs talented employees, but they are leaving. My opinion is that they are leaving primarily because of pay but also because of the stressful environment and forced overtime. Can CVS offer a more competitive pay? All my... — read more

They don't want to understand

Someone has already written about Carepass here. What frustrates me the most is that I cannot explain to them that it is difficult or impossible to sell Carepass to someone who does not want it. They don't want to understand it at all. All I can do... — read more

(Not) get rid of retail?

Some believe that this is the ultimate goal of leadership, while others believe that retail will not be going anywhere for a long time. I would like to hear more arguments from both sides.

DLS hate their jobs

Yes we hate our jobs too. Most of us are miserable and want to leave after bonus time. We get **** from our employees and our bosses, RDs aren’t very nice. Trust me when I say that District Leaders hate this job more than anything, we had the lowest... — read more

How would you rate the morale here?

I start every day with cramps in my stomach because of the micromanager without any vision. I can't be productive in such atmosphere. I think morale has never been worse here, precisely because of the wrong people in higher positions.

Restructuring

Another Big structure change happening this June. Going back to separate front and pharmacy managers. All pharmacist DLS will have pharmacy only, and non pharmacist will be front store only

Stuck here

I don't remember ever being so demoralized. I don’t know if I’m more tired of this company or looking for a new job. Everyone who leaves says they got a new job very quickly. Is that really so? I thought I was marketable but for more than 5 months... — read more
