Get out while you can. Get out now.
Get your finances in order, cut your budget down to bare minimum, stash cash, and have a plan b for a job. That's all you can do
Feeling secure is not a good thing. That means you are comfortable. When you are comfortable you are complacent. When you were completing that means you will settle for being treated like garbage and being taken for granted.
Don’t wait for them to make a move.
It’s a lot easier to look for a new job when you already has one . You will perform better during interviews and not come off as desperate. Let your feelings of insecurity motivate you to take control of your future and get the he-l out of this dumpster fire while you still can.
Project C Wilkie will be making major layoffs of all HR jobs based in RI. She is toxic.
Tell that to the 900stores that are closing pharmacists are a dime a dozen
What area are you in? I’m in the billing area and I feel like more is coming. My assumption is they’re keeping the worker bees on to clean up stuff before their next move. I’m expecting to be laid off but at least can start preparing for it now and looking elsewhere. The way they have discarded ppl that have spent so much of their work careers there is just disheartening and doesn’t vibe with my own personal values.
I’m a Pharmacist. My job is as secure as it gets in cvs
