No, what people want is a drama free shopping experience.
Want to pay with cash? Good luck, it is likely the one self checkout that is working is card only.
Want not to be harassed to sign up for ExtraCare or CarePass? CVS is not the place for you.
Probably from the same survey company that said CVS was a good place to work.
I think people feel safe when they come to the pharmacy.
Our pharmacies are decent, not good but decent.
That's all what people want, a decent and reliable place that's not too expensive.
