What are we hearing about the FS/RX split? Will current DLs get to pick fs or rx? Will base pay, bonus and stock be affected?

DLs will have 25 stores, when they can't even handle 12. This will be a disaster.

I’m hearing the only people who will be happy are the FS DLs. They won’t have the headaches of pharmacy and horrible staffing issues.
Those who get an RX district are going to hate their lives more than they do now and I think even more DLs will jump. Who wants 30 problems when you already have 15??
When you say more support the only thing that would help would be hiring managers who actually recruit, hire and onboard rphs and techs.
No pay or incentive change and more support
There are going to split the store with one fs manager and one pharmacy manager. Crazy.
Everyone is speculating. Friday we will have all the details as NDAs will expire and the info will come straight from corporate on what’s happening.
