Anyone else have a teams issue?

How are you guys doing so far? I miss the COVID days.. had two offers from GS and JPM within two months of each other and took the Citi match to not RTO. Nowadays I barely get any bites, it's exhausting.

Anyone got information on when’s the next phase of layoff happening? Is it around the week of Feb 20th similar to how it was in Jan?

I have never bought anything with money. Everything I have was bought with pieces of time I sold from my life to a job that will never have paid enough when my time is up. No, those long days are not worth it.

Surely this option would benefit most - some people want to leave anyway and then there is more room for those who want to stay.

Why is new salary not effective yet? HR email from yesterday with new comp details said it’s effective as of Jan 1, 2024. But when I check paystubs/my comp today (Jan 25, 2024) it still reflects old salary which was lower
