A 15 min meeting was scheduled with my team, AVP, VP and SVP. We are a relatively small team, would they cut us all at the same time or is that held individually?

Any idea when HR would reach out to employees who are laid off?
this is the most horrendous changes that make no sense and all about keeping your best loyal friends in place. this will get worse before gets better and will lose a lot of quality high performers while the poor ones stay.
I got the 1-1 meeting request and pinged on my vacation day. Last day is 4/15. Citi bounced 4 people from our group, all over the age of 60.
They did have managers speek with their new teams to tell them they are being moved. The 1-1 title must be an HR request the use. My boss got demoted to IC.
Sorry for all who were or going to be let go, hope you find new jobs, I am retiring so this was good news for me.
Team meeting means no impact or minimal impact to those invited.
1-1 does not necessarily mean you're being laid off. some managers just want to talk and address your concerns
Tampa here, I got a 15 min 1-many meeting tomorrow immediately following another coworkers (same team) 1-1 meeting. A friend from an old team got 15 mins on his calendar as well.
Same thing scheduled with my team (28 people). Hard to believe they would layoff all 28 of us on 1 call but who knows...
Don’t think you are safe. C13 laid off today. No replacement.
My husband was just laid off from Citi. The conversation was not a one on one. It was a group layoff call.

If its a large group, the script can be read 1 time vs multiple 1 on 1's.
Did the same thing last go around for large groups under the same manager / leadership

Probably means you’re safe. Layoff meetings are held individually
