I thought and per the handbook, severance is one paycheck per every year you have worked. Now I'm hearing it's only 12 weeks? I've been with Citi 28 years.

Unfortunately consultants hiring and politics has increased again. There should be strict restrictions for hiring consultants. Vendors leverage layoff scenarios to make their business. Seems Citi will never change and go in spiral of death

How is unused vacation treated after layoff? Do they pay this out along with severance or should we use it before leaving.

For people who transferred roles internally the past couple of years . . . what sort of pay increase were you able to get, if any? e.g., 5%?

For folks who debated working for themselves after a decade of managers who know nothing this is a blessing. Oh and getting severances is a cherry on the top!!!
