How sc--wed am I? My other colleagues part of this new “team” have moved under our new MD while I’m still with my old manager. I noticed over the weekend they updated the other colleague who was reporting into my old manager into the new org structure, but not me.

they could be planning to cut your role and your C15s in the next round. update your resume.
Could just be a mistake - I moved to IC, but one of my employees got left under me by mistake. Just moved her in the system.
Where are you located? There may be a communications hold
The “new” MD definitely has 6+ directs, while I am the only one reporting to my old boss (C15)
Do either of these managers have just 6 directs? Maybe they split it this way so that they both have the minimum directs needed.
On top of this, it’s been radio silence as to this new team / work has not come in under this new rebranded team.
