The people I sat around did nothing all day, sat around and chit chatted all day after day, month after months, they had no work, always all caught up. This was the majority of people in my location. I didn't have a spare breath to take during my days.
I think if they just made those people work Citi would have made more profit years ago, it's a problem with management. It's always a problem with management it's rarely the employees below, it comes from higher up. Unfortunately the majority of managers I've met are slackers, abusers and then the team members they prefer they let be slackers too. It won't change, this business is dependent on the managers. They keep hiring and promoting bad managers. Is what it is. If you got laid off, I'm jealous!
