Have you felt any meaningful systematic improvement in technology since Whitaker was at the helm? I'm sure the answer is "no".
It seems that Jane was looking for execs to blame for the lack of improvements from reorg. Now Mike and TC will take the fall.
More like pushed. People at his level are fired only in extraordinary circumstances, like gross misconduct.

I just don’t think the regulators were happy nor ok with O&T being together when the reason behind the consent order is that technology does not have its own focus
