CD&R to follow Trump's guidelines about outsourcing. It will be a blow for India. While restructuring they asked board members to focus on rebuilding and shifting jobs back to US.

When will salary hike happen in India? Will it be effective July 2017?

Until it happened with my team I used to think all this as BS. Manager preferred people in my team are going to CD&R. Rest will stay with UC and business as usual for them. I hope these guys should not get buried with Avaya.
