Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

The clock is ticking. Every day that passes, more and more customers and potential customers are quickly moving away from Avaya.

And yet the leadership says and does nothing. Amazing.

CH 11 vs Ch 7 doesn't mean squat to our customers --- they are turning away or deferring no matter the number. It does matter alot to our suppliers. They are clamping down where they can as well. Either way the FUD is hurting us from both sides. Get on with it Kevin please while we still have some customers left.

Well if this is BS, you should consider that Chapter 11, outside of the US is considered as bankruptcy. All the tech sites are writing about bankruptcy. So BS or not, the fact that senior management is not writing any statement back is already enough, besides the very weak statement Nidal made as "business as usual" you know that the FUD is harming Avaya more than anything. It is confusing. What big company is going to invest in us with so many questions? Would you buy a new house starting construction if the builder told you he is considering chapter 11? I doubt it
