Avaya is dead becasue CC Business is dead. We have been stealing customers for years. It is cheaper to buy a penthouse in Manhattan than the APS bill for an integration with CRM's that it will never work. We are a f---ing bunch of cowards. Instead of complaining search for another job. The world is full of opportunties.
