i'm trying to follow Avaya's situation , besides thelayoff.com which i find very useful are there any other sites that regularly updates the current avaya situation?
Unfortunately this one is likely accurate sources seem to be from CD&R side. You would think KJK would be getting good at these types of negotiations after running Avaya and JDS into the ground.
I wonder if we'll get a KK e-mail later today about this (like he sent after the WSJ articles).
Unfortunately, this one is real. The deal has fallen apart for now, but negotiations continue.
Author seems legit, although he obviously has an axe to grind against PE.
