Why Avaya Employee Goals and Objectives are not defined untill now?

It is start of Q2, and untill now Employees do not formally know what goals and objectives they have for FY17. Avaya working with no vision.

Yeah. Thanks for pointing out many employees have no goals with the coming FMP. Where will everyone go with their "fake" cloud skills?

We all have defined objectives - all metrics related, CSAT, NPS, JD Power, best EBITDA (KK's personal fav). craps..all metrics are to make the execs look good and to check off so they can collecti their bonuses,

Many things were on hold because of the potential buyers now that Avaya does not have a deal - we will slowly see goals and those types of things set up - however lot depends on the results which we will see in the next week or so - Hope for the best prepare for the worst

So what else is new?! G's & O's have always been a moving target. Do what you're told, make those above you look good, improve profitability, drive revenue, come up with something of value which you can call your own. Be flexible and willing to sail whichever way the wind is blowing.

Yeah.. Thanks for pointing out this. No one thought about this earlier.

No goals or objectives for any business unit or leadership or even for any employee explains everything..

FMP is going to hit large population as Company is heading for bankruptcy in next few days.
