The ones sent to our store I wouldn't even have hired for a cashier and they have titles at corporate. And that is being serious. Just terrible, I say it the way it is. Overpaid much.

1200 stores? That's 1200 store managers...where are they going, and with ESM's where are you promoting them to? Store managers and ESM's doesn't look very good for a career does it.
