Because Walgreen's will never be the same again in a few days after the first of the year. This will be the last Christmas before so many changes happen and so many jobs being lost. These cowards already know what they are going to do and what they have done to this company..... and are about to do with this company, is beyond shameful to the Walgreens brand and its employees.

Let us face the truth... the name Walgreens on your resume is not a positive anymore. Look at what these a--holes did to us. Destroyed our company and cut lots of jobs. Destroyed the Walgreens brand so badly. Finding a new job is not easy when you say you worked at Walgreens.
Walgreens has been a complete dumpster fire for years now. It’s just a place to work if you can’t find anything better. It’s not like we’re working in some “golden era” now. That train left the station long ago.
Everyone knows about Walgreens, even Walgreens customers. People keep asking me why I am working at Walgreens! No value and reputation!
