We don’t need an earnings report to find that out. This year will be worse than the last, and it’s obvious that nobody is even trying to turn the ship around. Don’t wait for the axe to fall. Be proactive and prepare for whatever comes your way. Who knows, you might even stumble upon your dream job along the way—and then wonder what you’ve been doing here all this time.
