Once you figure out how to play the system, working here becomes fun! I used to give it my all. Work hard, help everyone, come in whenever I was needed... but all that got me was more work and no recognition. Now, I just kiss up to my boss, make sure he's happy, and coast along. No more working hard. Now, others cover for me, and why not? If others can get away with it, why shouldn’t I?
