Correct. Perhaps ironic, but almost always easier for one to secure another job while they still employed; you are more ‘attractive’ if you will vs the risk of appearing to present the ‘desperation’ factor. FOMO even (alternative companies don’t want to risk ‘losing’ you).
Start looking YESTERDAY!!!!! Be proactive for yourselves and for your families! WBA literally could not possibly care less. Hard to hear, hard to stomach. But simply fact.
