Policies and rules do not apply to Neal. He does what he wants.
Neal and Tim know how to play with social media to deceive people. Look at Neal’s what’s up sessions, how blsht are them! All his direct reports are enjoying their time with partying with him. They spent a lot of money in the resort to have strategic meetings, what is the outcome of that meetings? None of them take our Walgreens serious. They spent a lot of money in their parties and resorts, but people should have potluck for Christmas party. How much money they spend for alcohol and drinks? Walgreens policy is not paying for alcoholic drinks, why Neal and his directs do exactly opposite of that? They disturb the company.
Tim and Neal are no true leaders. They have done nothing to turn Walgreens around. They are value destroyers out to make quick money by selling the company. They have done this before.
Never did this happen when Walgreens had true leaders...never.

We have a lot of chinese made Christmas junk that costs us pennies on the dollar that we'd like to sell during Christmas. Otherwise we just throw it away.
Because there is zero strategy there. Neal, Tim, Tracey! They have plan to sell the company, why do you think they care about us?
Management does not consider front of the store employees as human beings who also deserve time off.
