Knowledge Has Left the Building

In connecting with people this week I'm finding out some of the most smart, talented and valued people are part of the May and November lay offs. These people had deep institutional knowledge. I only relied on the best of the bunch internally and now... — read more

Survey comes out today

Anyone notice how url changes in email depending on what score you click to the question in the email? I wonder if there are different versions on the survey. Also so you know there are only 2 fields for comments, both limited to 500 characters on... — read more

CAO GLobal Town Hall tomorrow

Does anyone know why they are requesting all to join the town hall tomorrow? What’s going to be the big announcement? We are already going through a lot, what other shots will be sent to us!!!??

Any impact due to remote mandate?

I was wondering if there is any impact of remote workers (from last few years) who are already impacted from last layoff batch and the end date is November? Thank you!

Would like to know

What it would take for TU to stop being a credit reporting agency. Act of god, congress, total financial collapse?

Hybrid Roles only going forward

Just had confirmation that all new hires (or existing ee's moving to new roles) will have to be within commuting distance to an office. So if you're fully remote due to not being close to a TU office, you're not eligible for any other roles within... — read more

Remote and RTO Musings

For those who were always remote (not impacted by COVID-19 stay at home) how do you feel being forced into 'hybrid' because Susan thinks you're too introverted? If you've been successful by TU's own year-end standards all these years, why do you... — read more

Glassdoor Reviews

I’m seeing a lot of positive reviews recently. Probably fake reviews/execs. Make sure to give negative reviews !

We make a difference show.

I'm eagerly anticipating this 'We Make a Difference' show. It's bound to be a colossal mess. They'll be putting in maximum effort to appear utterly foolish.

Employee survey coming

Rumor is an employee survey will be coming out in May. I hope they will be brave enough to have an open ended comment field. This time last year survey results were good and CC had to f*ck it up with return to office & offshoring.

Congrats to Chris!

Heartfelt congratulations to Chris C. as he proudly announces his ongoing draconian cuts to his American fellow citizens, the expansion of an almost 5000 man strong foreign GCC while at the same time cowering the remaining state side workers.

wow

a BILLION in revenue yet we are all losing our jobs and no raises.

Time for a union

This leadership circlej--kis annoying. I also cannot stand J Martin, such a pretentious a--hole. I hope the good GCC employees see how much of a sh-t show this is and don’t stick around. Everyone I’ve talked to has no faith in this transition. — read more

Redundancy in UK and Ireland

How real is the consultation process? Does it actually work in reducing redundancies or is it just a formality they have in place? What will be the end date for those redundant?

June Layoffs

Been hearing a lot from last week and it is confirmed that there will be layoffs in June. TU is planning to keep only 5% of workforce in the US and move everything to GCC.

Last paycheck

Did anyone also received the last paycheck email last week on how TU messed up? They’re supposed to send out payments today but I have not seen anything yet. Labor law says TU should be paying laid off employees immediately right after their... — read more

Job postings

Does looking at job postings give us a clue on which roles are being hired in GCC? and hence these roles can be expected to be eliminated in US? I see a lot of project management and few product management roles posted now
