There’s no reason to go to an office. Managers aren’t enforcing it. I don’t even think they can enforce it. HR says it’s up to managers and managers say it’s up to HR. What an embarrassment. Nobody is losing their job over disregarding RTO. Nobody has.

Yep. And if you're currently remote in the U.S, you have no where to go to grow your career because all US roles must be hybrid. Cutting us off at both ends.
