If you are able to move to places like India or Africa, TU will be able to rehire you back at a wage that they feel comfortable with!

Why bother? Indian managers treat their subordinates worse than Americans here. The only reason jobs are moving to India is because they're willing to take sh---y pay and sh---y management. Nothing changes unless people start speaking up. That's not going to happen in caste system India with an over abundance of college graduates.
