Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Enabling Failure

TransUnion reached its peak leadership under Pe-k. The current CEO, while portraying himself as a visionary leader, is merely the final phase of eating a curry dish.

I attended a meeting recently and excessive spending was rampant. Remarkably, someone at this meeting claimed that those laid off in Lithuania had a "great experience," framing it as an "enabling opportunities.”, as being laid off is a good thing.

Current and former employees have witnessed the erosion of life in the USA and at TU with a sense of inevitability. CC’s father, a military officer, would be dismayed to see his son compromising the nation's honor and prestige for personal gain. But for CC, honor is only for the shareholders and taking family vacations on TU’s dime.

As the USA's declines into a new third world, Chris is unlikely to publish a diversity and inclusion report addressing the decline of the company and our country.

They don't even try to hide the spending anymore. It's interesting they act like this now. No regard for the optics.

The woman we’re talking about with a first name of A (as in you know) in Marketing posted on her LI “come see all the TU executives at Cannes!”. This company is disturbing. How does everyone feel with this in your face change of culture by the emperors? I’m feeling like a serf. They don’t care.

I found it in entirety. The job description needs its own post. Unreal. If there was any question of division in ranks that job posting tells you everything you need to know.

A post was removed about the Cannes thing. The facts are the facts! A marketing lady, another N Star hobbit who nobody knows, crawled out of the moss and is jetting around the globe doing podcasts promoting Indian workers and in the French Rivera at a marketing summit. She even got to sit in a panel! Do you want to know why you didn’t get a more than deserved increase? A summer soirée in Cannes ain’t cheap people.

Yeah, I couldn’t believe the audacity to have involvement in Cannes?!! WTF? How is it going in completely unchecked? Talking out of both sides of their mouth is a special talent of our executives.

The level of entitlement has hit the roof. Read the recent job posting which is essentially a body guard to protect Cartwright the ilk. You can’t make this up. What’s next? A compliance requirement about the need to protect the CEO’s physical security?

Leadership meets regularly at lavish restaurants. They take out their VPs and SVPs and eat thousands worth of food and drink. And then lay off people and won’t even provide free lunch in the office occasionally. People have had their eyes opened, it’s over for them.
