HR sessions

So, it seems the leaders weren’t happy as now some are being asked to meet with HR directly? Do they think people are going to say anything without the ability to remain anonymous? Good luck with that. I think HR should review this board if they... — read more

Alumni discount contract (Fall 2023)

Does anyone have the Alumni discount plan agreement Tmo made with laid off employees in the fall of 2023? Going up $5 a line (for my 6 lines) after only 6 months is a slap in the face to someone that worked for the company for over a decade.

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the hard working Dads out there. Let us not forget our one true pappy, TMobile. Now get back to work.

SMRA

Any information on what is to come for SMRA? It almost seems like we are heading towards a dead end with SMRA in terms of growth. Also John Stevens being appointed to a different role raised an eyebrow.

IDP Mid Year Is Normal

Shocked at all the jaded people on here. Mid year IDP check ins are normal here. Seems like a lot of you had supervisors that were not doing their jobs if this is new to you. Just because we are having mid year syncs doesn’t mean layoffs are coming... — read more

Layoffs

All this talk of layoffs have been all talk and false. We are all safe as long as you want to be here. The big issue is no one is talking about how employees are being treated. Employees have been treated bad ever since Sprint merger and the... — read more

Big IT Leadership meeting this week…..

Any ideas as to why Nestor scheduled a last minute IT leadership meeting this week? A lot of VPs cancelled travel plans this week to attend. Wondering if it is about US Cellular or something else. Thoughts?

US Cellular

Dust off our resumes?

I think it's time we do more than just "dust off our resumes". We will inevitably be layed off, or not. The ones of us unlucky enough to not get severance will be left to pick up the pieces yet again. As if we're not miserable enough. I suggest we... — read more

Thoughts on SQaR team ?

Any News for Care?

Has there been talks or concerns with consumer care? Or CEC potential impacts?

Naming Orgs

When posting, can we clarify what orgs we are talking about? The company has so many different layers and when someone says “ops” this can refer to retail ops, care ops, engineering, marketing, etc. Thanks!

Leadership change

Hometown experts

Hello, I wanted to ask who used to head the hometown experts that were rural business reps? I heard that division was ended and they went to AE's. Was it Jon Frier and Matt Haven?

Ridiculous customer service
