Teams I worked with had a 10-to-1 ratio. ten contractors for every one FTE. basically all the FTEs do is manage the work done by the contractors. it's pretty gross.
You can be sure that whatever they say to you on stage, they are turning around and doing the exact opposite once they get off stage.

He's got a buck up the stock price somehow. Why not with cheap foreign workers who are treated as slave labor by the directors and vp's at t mobile. They had been a few years ago trying to bring more American workers into t-mobile. But I see that lil Mikey needs more money to buy his next plane.
