Threats continue to come down from inept Directors who couldn’t care less about the people; they’re more concerned about how they’re being rated. When statements are being made by those directors that imply that if the survey comes back with bad marks, it’s because of frontline managers or disgruntled employees, instead of realizing that they’re the problem, then the surveys are meaningless. This is especially true in the central region, who has directors that are reminiscent of Adolf

Oh what can I say outside my own little corner? How about stop it with the identity politics as everyone that doesn't live in the Seattle area could care less about what passes for values there. Treat people as individuals and you'll do better. We care about a decent product for a fair price with good customer service when we don't provide what we promised.
