Not true! DT, GmbH has a majority stake (~58%) in T-Mobile, USA shares, however that is a private holding (not government controlled). In fact there is USA government regulation that prevents DT, GmbH from accessing critical information about T-Mobile, USA's infrastructure and processes. The socialist gov in Germany is only getting paid as a result of T-Mobile, USA's MASSIVE success and collecting taxes on those gains their citizens are receiving!!!
