Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

No more raises for me

Was just told that I have reached the cap for my position which means no more raises after I was told at my review I still havent reached my max pay. I will never be promoted since I am not a a-s kisser or in the office enough since I am in FOPs. If I were to be transferred i would be getting a divorce since my wife wont move. Guess i hang on for 1 more year get the BONED US in Feb then say F Off. Ever since I was told I have ZERO motivation to do anything but the minimum for my job.

It also puts you on top of the list of any future layoffs. That's how I got cut. I was maxed out. Always got great reviews, so they just assumed I would leave so they cut me.

I been there. You'll still get a "one time payout" on top of your bonus. You shouldn't be in this situation, the way the pay scales are structured you should be into the next role. Work with your manager and if you're not getting the support from your manager then go to the sr manager. If still no support them go to HR. The whole "no road blocks" is for this kind of situation, make them adhere to their own policy.

You’re getting paid what you’re owed. That’s all. If you weren’t worthless you would get promoted.

Once you get to the top of the payscale, if you don't have a brown nose you can expect the next step to be a layoff.

Go be a CRT, the cream of the crop. That top pay moves. Keep getting it...

On another note don't put stuff like this on here. You sound like a crybaby and make FOPS look bad

You should still be eligible for lump sum payments in lieu of comp increase.

OP

If I was your wife, I would divorce you immediately. I would be too embarrassed that I married such a weak man. Our children would be so ashamed of their weak father. What a loser B3T@ attitude.
