Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

People aren't happy

Since annual reviews and bonus time several field techs have resigned from the Appalachian area. These were tenured employees. What is going on? Is this happening in other regions? The South isn't seeing these issues.
This smells of a leadership issue, I suspect it's the Appalachian Area Model but who am I? In my area it's business as usual.

Time to strike that's funny. You cant get 3 people to agree on where to eat for lunch. Is this company going to total sh-t. YES 100% Do I long to be laid off the day before I tell them I retire. YES again. But i do not see a strike especially since 90% of tmobile is NOT unionized. HE-L NO

Time to strike and report them to the FCC. There's no other option unless you want to experience the total Deutsch Telekom takeover of your company.
