Get your resumes ready if the deal goes through. On day 1 after the acquisition finalized, Broadcom cut nearly 50% of the US workforce. That 50% excludes the folks from VeraCode who were sold off to a PE firm. Good Luck.

We had layoffs around a month ago and more seem to be coming. Laying off people they hired like a year ago who are doing excellent work! Company is in a chaos with no direction. Not a good environment to work in.

All of Symantec federal has over the past 1.5 years been replaced by clueless, gutless and heartless Blue Coat counterparts, From top executives to talented sales staff, all gone.

New layoffs started today, company has no growth. Bluecoat management totally screwed company. Audit is still not done, stock tanked 30% last quarter and another 12% after this quarter. Stock is back to 2006 level.
