Death watch for Canonsburg?

layoffs not happening until November, Noble looking to limp along by then. If layoffs happen in November, the charges can be written off the 2015 books. Makes no sense to do it before. The company can squeeze everything it needs from the employees... — read more
Be happy if you get laid off from this shitty company. Shittiest company I've ever worked for.
Management and leadership are terrible. The way to move up is to KISS ASS, not necessarily to do a good job. Participation in office politics are a must to move further in your career at NBL. Any idea when layoffs are coming? Better options out... — read more
I found a less volatile industry to work in after the first round of layoffs.
I quit before Noble had a chance to placate the masses again while readying the firing squad. The job market is better than it has been in a long time (outside of oil!). Get your resumes out, this may be the best thing that ever happened to you... if... — read more
Layoffs next month
Lots of talk of layoffs happening next month. Has anyone heard of what departments will be cut?
NBL stock going to $20
sell while you can as you will need the cash after the layoff
With the oil and NBL share prices in a steady drop, I think there will be more layoffs in the near future.
Sad, scary but probably true. treat it like a Hurricane that could make it to Houston. Prepare Prepare Prepare!!!
THANK YOU NOBLE for buying Rosetta! With $40 oil I would have been working on bankruptcy filings. Now I can work on productive projects.
Noble may not be the best but they are still alive and I am thankful PS: To the old Rosetta execs, don't plan as if oil is a one way street to $200 / bbl and do NOT over pay for assets. At Least Noble got Rosetta assets for half price. I would say... — read more
Noble will continue to decline - be wary of those that were Rosetta Resources managers
One Rosetta exec took BPI energy into bankruptcy before he proceeded to debt up and drive down Rosetta to the point they had to be bought or go under. Another Rosetta exec is taking Samson into bankruptcy. Ask any ex Rosetta manager about finance and... — read more

Name change
It is a misrepresentation that this company calls itself Noble. Name should be changed to Ignoble. Look it up.
A tale of two companies
When horizontal drilling really began to take off in the Niobrara formation of Colorado (early 2012) Noble and Anadarko's production was essentially even at approximately 60,000 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE). Today Noble is producing approx... — read more

Efficiency
Funny. This is the most efficient I've seen this company act in 2 years.
Layoffs did not target "old people" as some said.
Noble did not target the "old" people as some said, but there were employees from all age groups let go. What is funny is that some of the people let go did the best work.
Contractor Layoffs
Were any contractors let go yet,
