Funny. This is the most efficient I've seen this company act in 2 years.

Duplicity is correct. Last thing my boss told me during my review in January was "you do a great job", This person obviously did not support me through all of this as I was terminated April 7. That is duplicity.
Ditto... I wished I would gotten a package to leave. This company is a disaster.
Perfect Observation - Money out the door, Duplicity everywhere, sweeping issues under the carpet, inexperienced employees in positions of managing who have never taken an oil and gas lease nor could begin to chain title, massive PR projects, community volunteering on business hours, too many computer systems to store the same data that did not talk to one another. So where is the family concept now?
