After years of hard work, I was let go after nothing but great reviews and raises. Never heard a single complaint. Manager couldn't even look me in the eye. Definitely older people, and with those with recent Medical issues were targeted. There are much better companies out there to work for - don't waste your time here.

Great company to work for. After 9 years with them and nothing but great good reviews, they recently terminated me as part of the realignment due to the economic downturn. Problem is that they kept some low performers on the payroll and let people that have leadership potential go. Based off what I heard no effects to any middle and upper level management. People that were layed off where older and high in their pay grades.
agree with people being targeted but not necessarily older (packet we received listed several positions under 40 and a few in 20s). can't speak to medical issues
