Severance Cap Layoffs 2024

If you think you will get Two weeks per year of employment as a severance, think again. There is a cap on the severance. Mgmt is not stupid even though they paid bonuses two weeks before layoffs in February!

How many included in latest MS layoff

Does anyone know how many employees were laid off in the last week? Surprisingly, there is nothing in the news about it so it seems MS kept it pretty quiet. My NJ office only has about 30 employees, includes both FA’s and staff, and three were laid... — read more

Leave now and come back after they announce new CEO

Leave now and come back 18 to 24 months after the new CEO starts…..That way he puts his new people in and you will be part of the new regime. Next 18 to 24 months will be an office politics nightmare!
