Most likely bonus payout will be 2/7. It’s always between paydays at the beginning of February.

The bonus payment date various by country but it’s usually end of Jan to early Feb.

Bonus payment is often at the end of the month separate to salary, and then your raise will be retroactively applied to January, with the increase for Jan included in your February payment

Your direct manager does know your ranking as they have access to the system that displays it.

Everyone is ranked on a bell curve from one to five. The fives and fours are going to get higher bonuses, three is probably the same as last year, and twos and ones would be lower or none. You never know your actual ranking. Your direct manager does your evaluation, but they may not be involved in your ranking at all, it could be a level or two higher, and that person may not even see your actual evaluation. It’s a bizarre system really.
