If you got more than 2% raise and 10% bonus you did quite well compared to the pack. They're probably trying to encourage people to leave in Q1/2 so they can RIF and restructure, with more roles in low cost hubs

Got a 3% raise & 13% bonus, should I be concerned & look for other opportunities?

I received strong/exceptional/exceptional review and 1.5% base raise and 0% bonus increase since last year.

If you are in the states, when is the bonus paid? as it does not say on the communication sheet

2% raise in 10% IRL inflation/stagflation economy, lol.

So even with 2 areas with "deliver results with opportunity for improvement" I still got a 9% bonus and a 2% raise
Your bonus/raise all depends on your scores in the 3 areas and the firm performance
if you get a score above 2.5/4, you'll likely get a bonus (as long as you get a score above 3/4 in at least one area)
Conclusion: Do not believe negative and disgruntled employees on this forum, they don't know sh-t xD

A zero will usually be communicated with a message that your manager doesn’t believe that you are suitable for your current role and a recommendation to explore other options outside of the bank.

Regardless of what you are or aren’t getting, your manager will meet with you and go over year-end comp on communication day.

That sounds harsh AF, unlikely that’s the accurate imo

Comp day is the 8th of Jan and if you’re going to be zeroed at least one of your ratings at the end of year review would have been “Delivers with room for Improvement”

when is communication day in the states? presume its prior to 1/15 as that is the one time bonus payment date

You should have an idea after your year-end review on what to expect.

No one gets fired on comp day but if you get zerod out it’s a very strong hint to find another job.

Not that I’ve ever heard of, but if you get zero raise and zero bonus, you better assume you will be laid off soon and you should start looking for a job.
