I have not heard many rumors of headcount reduction at the Clinton site. They have been PIP people for a few months now though. But I also am wondering how the groups who are not subject to the ranking system and are unionized will be affected.

Is ranking system a legacy of Exxon or Mobil? Or did both have ranking system pre-merger?
