For the post below, I don’t actually do any civil work (mostly cost and schedule) and am based out of the campus.
29 yr old, $135k, civil engineer, 5yr service, came in w/ masters degree and 1 yr experience

I’m a millwright, 33 yrs old, $180K last year and “working” less OT then the smart engineers. Oh yea, more job security and don’t got to work if I don’t want to. I love Exxon. Best company I ever worked for.
25+ years. Ranking system worked for me. $1.5Million base salary + RSU + cash bonus $23Million total comp. Underpaid versus peers in industry
