Layoffs are happening it's just that people are not reporting it on the total layoffs page.

Nobody knows when layoffs will happen, but the overall number of employees should be public info. Do you know how many people work at the company? How about the office at Paris?

These guys got a ton of fat bonuses, the do not care if they are laid off or not. Conoco was paying 20 percent bonuses just a week or two ago. They have no shame, and you and me pay for that.
