It’s my understanding that Cargill would need to provide a 60-day notice to the Minnesota Department of Employment, yet there is nothing reported. What am I missing here?

Looking for any insight on how the company will look moving forward. Obviously we know the new enterprises, but curious to learn more beyond.

Can anyone shed some light on what the severance may look like if let go? I’d assuming it is service/experience based, but am curious to see if others are more knowledgeable. Sitting here pretty nervous.

I guess today is the time to plan for future self employed endeavors and put Cargill on the wayside! A lot of intrinsic thoughts arise from times like these.

I've heard that one way they are going to reduce headcount is that they are selling off businesses. Does anyone know if any if the sales will be announced around the same time as the reorg?

Quite interesting we are doing the engagement survey right in the middle of a re-org. I can guarantee all the pending layoffs are gonna be on hold until after the engagement surveys are complete.

What are people hearing for upcoming layoffs with the reorg? I'm hearing 4000 - 6000 jobs cut with most coming in the next 90 days.
