Can anyone shed some light on what the severance may look like if let go? I’d assuming it is service/experience based, but am curious to see if others are more knowledgeable.
Sitting here pretty nervous.

Good luck negotiating anything beyond the boiler plate severance package. They have many lawyers and HR folks and employee at will laws on their side. They won’t budge.
Was let go in 2023 and was unable to negotiate anything beyond the standard severance package unfortunately.
It is posted on intranet. Check severance ....
Guidance on negotiating exit package would be greatly appreciated. I’m sure others feels the same.
Anyone negotiated a package yet? Wondering what is possible beyond the standard.
You should get two weeks for every year of service, plus vacation payout, plus benefits for the severance period. There are minimums for people who have been with the company for a short period. The policy online referenced above outlines the full structure with calculations. Note, it is for US only and other countries have different calculations.
Don’t forget to negotiate your exit package and if possible have the document reviewed by an employment lawyer before signing anything.
Good luck next week!
The version on the SharePoint shows who has the file open at the same time as you in the upper right corner. This file can also be found on the Mybenefits portal if you search on "severance" and that way no one else can see you have it open too.
Search on SharePoint for "severance", there's a PDF explaining the severance plan.
