You missed your numbers miserably. Bring in someone external who has experience turning things around.

Sikes is the guy cleaning up “Mr. Legacy” DMac’s mess. He bloated Cargill, wasn’t an ops guy, and grew the levels substantially.
Sikes is the guy that’ll take blame, but much of it resides with previous CEO.
Unless he was choosen exactly to do this.
If Cargill was public, Sikes seat would be much hotter.
