It's been said that the target is 15% of the administrative workforce, which is estimated to be around 60K currently. So the total number of layoff resource 8,000 to 10,000.

I'm hearing there are lots of divestitures happening in the near term. My guess is they are in the specialty businesses but no one has confirmed that for me. This is where the 20k comes from from previous posts. The reorg rifs I'm hearing will still be really significant. I've heard upwards of 5k globally for this target.

My math is, avg 100k salary x 2 for benefits and taxes, roughly 1 person= 200k sg&a impact, target this year is 400 million savings for sg&a = 2000 people in my estimation, unless there is heavy divestitures as well, and keep in mind this will be spread out globally not just in Minneapolis
