Started training the TJ Employees around a year ago and now had a town hall of production moving to Tijuana. Anyone else feel everything moving to Mexico???

Two people I work with were let go yesterday in Marketing. Rumor is at least 30 people were let go but can't confirm. Don't know what other departments were hit. Guess we'll see if other businesses get hit this week. Get your resumes in order.

I joined BD about 10 months ago and I am not happy with the annual salary increase. Is it always this low?

Did anyone hear about the LTI (long term incentive) stock grants that are typically granted at end of November? Is this part of cost savings initiatives and they forgot to tell the employees?

Segment leadership seems to be facing or may have already faced the axe. Funny enough the Presidents of the segments get to remain. There also are cuts in middle management jobs in functions.

Can somebody please tell me if layoffs are over for now or if we can expect more cuts today?
