I am not expecting any layoffs in 2024 and I hope it'll be an amazing year. We continue to grow and the stock is up.

2013 was bad, 2014 will be even worse - we had a major patient death lawsuit over a prostatectomy and a ton of issues with DaVinci... I hope 2014 turns out better but things do not look good right now
